I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, in which the

therapeutic relationship helps clients harness their innate resilience in order to heal from emotional traumas and gain understanding through life’s difficulties. I work to create a safe space, free of judgment, where clients feel understood. I seek to support clients in gaining self-acceptance while encouraging changes that lead to personal growth and well-being.

 

I have experience helping clients work with trauma, addictions, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. I’m certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and incorporate mindfulness and motivational interviewing in my work with clients.
